Updates due by 8:00 every Monday. Try to do at least 4 RAKs a week. There is a Google Doc that I shared with all of you - check your email for the link. You need to add to that document at least once a week.
Be KIND! Use all of your PALs skills and abilities to be kind to yourself, to your friends, to your neighbors, to your extended family. Find at least one way to share your kindness each day and keep a log of it. The log does not need to be fancy - you can use a piece of notebook paper, write down the date and what you did each day, and you're done. Or you could create a Google Doc and share it with me. Or you can send me a text each day. Or you can post something on Instagram. I'm open. Just send me an update every Monday morning by 8:00. Here are some ideas: wash the dishes without being asked, write a letter to someone at a nursing home, call your grandma, surprise your neighbor by mowing their lawn, pick flowers for your mom, leave a treat on someone's doorstep and then ding-dong-dash. Be creative! We all need a few extra smiles right now. :)
